1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India — including all states, union territories, metros, and rural areas via our trusted logistics partners.
2. Shipping Charges
FREE shipping on all orders! No minimum order value required.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2/3 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST are processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via SMS/Email
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you can track your order on our Track Order page using your order ID or tracking number.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times
- If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us
- For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready
