Refund & Return Policy

At ShopMozo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that have been used, installed or mounted
- Products with removed or damaged packaging/tags
- Products damaged by the customer after delivery
3. Return Process

- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved returns: Refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — we will collect your bank details
- Refund processing may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked
- Return shipping will be covered by ShopMozo
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may return after delivery
- For prepaid cancelled orders, full refund within 5-7 business days
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, please return the original item and place a new order.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective/wrong items: Free return shipping by ShopMozo
- Change of mind: Return shipping cost of ₹50-100 may be deducted from your refund
